You’re welcome to YU'S WORLD STORE online shop. If you have any questions about the product, please ask us before purchasing. Detailed pre-purchase communication can save buyers and sellers the effort, money, and time of refund and exchange.

7 Day Cooling-off Period

YU'S WORLD STORE ONLINE SHOP provides 7 day cooling-off period for return or exchange products in Taiwan.

In the following circumstances, we are responsible for the shipping fee of returns:

• There is a discrepancy between the received product and what was stated in the original order (including not limited to product size, model, style, color, and quantity).
• The received product is defective (including but not limited to poor quality and products damaged in transit).

Return and Exchange

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, informing "your name, contact number, order No., item details and the reasons why you need a return or exchange" to  yusworldstore@gmail.com .

The returned product MUST be new and unused in its original packaging, including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty, and all attached documents.

It's the buyer's responsibility for the return and redelivery costs in all cases other than when returning faulty products. We will return and redelivery to the original shipping address, if the buyer changes the address then the buyer will pay the extra or difference for the shipping cost.

The shipping charge does not include any import tax/duty or insurance. Therefore, we do not accept "an unexpected tax" as a returning reason.

This store may refuse to exchange or cancel the purchase. This depends on the situation and if a customer made a mass return/exchange which caused operating disturbances.

Refund Procedures

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of the product. If the application is overdue or does not meet the conditions of the return policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return. Please communicate with us before submitting your application.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, informing "your name, contact number, order No., item details and the reasons why you need a return" to  yusworldstore@gmail.com .

After this store accepts the refund application, please keep the product in its original packaging and send it back to us within 3 days, and inform you of the "shipping method" and "shipping number" used in the email.

Please allow 7 working days for us to check the product status,  process your return and complete the refund process.
