YU'S WORLD STORE provide transport around the world. We mainly provide the following shipping methods: 

In Taiwan

Chunghwa POST (shipping rate from $80TWD), 7-11 and FamiPort (shipping rate from $65TWD).

China, Hong Kong and Macau

Chunghwa POST (shipping rate based on the actual weight), SF EXPRESS (pay S/H on arrival). Please provide the shipping address in Chinese.

Other countries and regions

Chunghwa POST International Parcels (shipping rate based on the actual weight and Emergency Situation Surcharge due to COVID-19).

If your country can not deliver by any of above services, please email to  , we will get in touch with you.

The shipping charge does not include any import tax/duty or insurance. All relevant import taxes and duties will be charged to the buyer. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

International shipping method has been changing from time to time due to COVID-19. We'll track the international shipping information and update you anytime.

Shipping Notice 

Friends can check the order status on【My Account / Orders】. If the order status shows "Fulfilled", you will get the tracking number at the same time. Please enter your tracking number on express delivery company websites to track your order. The companies we use are as follows: Chunghwa Post, 7-11 E-tracking, FamiPort, SF EXPRESS. If you need to specify other transportation methods or logistics companies, please contact us.

If there are any questions or problems with your order, please contact us at  within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for any parcels, delayed, or damaged once the package has been send. Please understand all international delivery has certain risks before you place any overseas orders. The courier company can provide a "package preservation" price increase service. If you are worried, please contact us and we will calculate the shipping cost for you!

If there is a "pre-order item" in the order, it will be sent out on the same date as the pre-order item. Please place the order separately for the in-stock item and the pre-order item, if you want to speed up the delivery time.
